A High quality Catering trailer can cater for all types of event where hot or cold food is required. Our mobile catering unit enables us to offer you and your guests a wide range of great products from Full Soda's to Fresh Fish. All of our food is of the highest standard with burgers that are made from 100% prime beef, Quality back bacon, Cookstown sausages, Lion Eggs and the softest floury baps instead of standard burger buns. Our Chicken burgers are made from 100% pure chicken breast and our chips are freshly delivered every day. Our soups and stews are prepared each day using only the freshest ingredients by hand with a different soup every day.
We believe that presentation is just as important as good food. That is why we serve all our burgers in Boxes or Bags rather than just a napkin, We also provide optional soft drink cups for those who prefer not to drink out of cans or bottles and of course complimentary cutlery and sauces are always available.
All of our staff have undergone the essential food hygiene course and are always clean and well presented in full uniform. Our catering unit has been registered with the Banbridge District Council EHO and has been awarded three stars for food hygiene. We also have full public and employers liability insurance with over £5,000,000 cover for your total peace of mind.
